Care Management Services

These are ongoing services to manage care for someone who is in need of oversight of their medical needs and living situation. We schedule appointments for hair care, medical doctors, health visits, rehab, and meeting local friends. Transportation is arranged as needed. Quality of life is the most essential consideration for how we attend to our clients' needs when delivering services.
