Responsible for medical and living needs.

Coordinate medical needs with medical professionals. This can include but is not limited to making sure all medical providers have an up-to-date list of prescriptions.

Medical appointments are scheduled to ensure proactive care as well as ensuring immediate attention is given to any urgent medical issue. Transportation is arranged and all medical appointments are attended by a Senior Care Advisor team member.

Work with the appropriate authorities for protection and safety of seniors. Anything that is deemed as not being handled appropriately by caregivers or other professionals is reported immediately and acted upon.
