What You Can Expect

You’ve met Luke and had an initial discussion with him about your situation and

you're ready to hire him... so, what happens next?

 

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Initial Discovery Call is free.
  2. Consultation
  3. Assessment
  4. Review plan and discuss any adjustments if needed before implementation.
  5. Plan is implemented. This includes setting up services not yet in place. Making sure all care needs are scheduled and arranged with practitioners, service providers, etc.
  6. Continuing Care Setup has been completed and services are now delivered on a scheduled basis. Also, services needed on an emergency basis or demand will also commence.
  7. Regular evaluations/reassessments are conducted to ensure service continues to meet client’s changing needs.
  8. Provide regular reports to clients both local and remote delivered either via email or mail service as requested.

The primary service I offer is to facilitating clients’ ability to develop a plan that is customized to their desires, living situation and ensuring their wishes are honored when the time comes. Do you feel at a loss when trying to figure out how to setup things up so you KNOW your wishes and desires will be honored?

 

Ideal clients for these services want to know that their affairs are in order so they can ensure their wishes will be honored regardless of what happens.

 

My clients are typically anywhere from 40 to 80, have the financial resources to implement their plans, and love the idea of being prepared and not having to worry because everything is in order.

 

Why is this needed?

Luke has seen too many people in situations who haven’t planned. The elderly and/or those recovering from injury are taken advantage of on a daily basis and often by the very people who know them the best.

 

My work focuses on these top five outcomes:

  1. Learn processes for gathering information and important documents.
  2. Learn the best ways to keep your documents secured yet easily accessible.
  3. Learn to communicate with family members regarding decisions made during the planning process.
  4. Have a finished plan in place for easy access for keeping it updated or for implementing when the time comes.
  5. Have a plan that complements your will.

 

What can you expect to gain from working with me?

To be treated with dignity and respect in regards to your wishes. To feel supported, listened to and understood during the process of developing your plan. To ensure your questions and concerns are well represented and addressed in your plan.

 

How do I work with my clients?

This process can take 2-5 months.

We meet via Zoom or in person.

 

Learning through implementation:

It’s all about learning and applying ideas and strategies that work to help you with getting everything in place and then making it easy for you to update as changes occur. What my services help you avoid: probate court, being taken advantage of, additional legal fees, loss of money, loss of support, loss of opportunity to choose how you want to live.

 

How is my approach different:

I care about helping you get what YOU want when the time comes. My goal is to make sure you have the best plan in place to help provide the best quality of life that you desire and is also financially possible. Your plan is also setup to ensure that your finances and assets are protected and handled per your wishes.

 

What are my services not:

I’m not a doctor, CPA, nor an attorney, but if they are needed I will steer you toward well-vetted professionals to develop a plan for the best quality of life possible. If you already have some of these professionals, I will work with them.

 

What my services do provide:

Helping you gather personal information, prepare a plan that ensures your medical, legal and financial information and assets are accounted for. Proper attention is given to your digital assets such as online accounts, bank accounts, social accounts, cryptocurrency, etc.
